90-Day Returns
We want you to be happy with your kit. This policy explains exactly when and how you can return an item, and when you get your money back.
Return Window
- You may return unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags within 90 days of delivery.
- Personalised jerseys (custom name/number printing) are non-returnable unless the item is faulty or different from your order confirmation.
How to Start a Return
- Email ltaaaa@ltaaaa.mmmtu.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason.
- We reply within 24 hours with the correct return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back with tracking and share the tracking number with us.
Refunds
- Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- Faulty or wrong items: send us photos and your order number — we cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or free replacement, your choice.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are handled the same way as returns; after we receive the original item we dispatch the replacement size at no extra product cost.
