• Personalised (custom name/number) items may require up to 5 business days before dispatch.

Delivery Estimates

• United States / Canada: 7–15 business days
• United Kingdom / Europe: 7–15 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 8–16 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

• Free worldwide shipping on orders over $99.
• Orders under $99: flat shipping fee shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking & Customs

• A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
• Customs fees or import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.
